We had to check in to premier inn due to an emergency with our home down the road. We arrived late at night with no booking, my
Whole family were fed up and tired and Liam couldn’t have done enough for us. He was incredibly helpful, great with the kids ,Friendly and made our situation a little easier. So thank you to Liam you are a great asset to the hotel.

Beefeater fantastic...room heating control was broken...no opening windows..thought would be tolerable but miles too hot...then in morning shower control stuck wouldnt go onto cold enough to make shower bearable
Told reception...they knew about heating as it came up on alarm panel and was due to be looked at my checkout day...shower they didnt seem to believe me but said their maintenance would inspect it
I had to leave as travelling for work..complained to business bookings..didnt wanted to know and sent standard email about should have reported any issues at time and totally ignored the points and chronology

Good location with a Sainsbury’s and a B&M over the road . Hotel clean rooms comfortable and everything you need for a good nights sleep . Only issue which is totally beyond their control is if you a light sleeper it could be a bit noisy for you . I stayed on a Friday night and around 2 am I heard street racing for around 5 minutes but that promptly stoped after hearing a short burst of police sirens. Then for over 2 hours I could hear someone I think he was drunk keep shouting ouch and help and then get angry then shouting on his mobile phone he couldn’t get out . I could of slept through this but it did concern me he actually needed help so kept going to window to see if I could see him . But figured as he kept making calls on his phone and was actually having conversations with people if he really needed help he could of got it .
In fairness we did have the window open so noises from outside would of been louder than if it was shut .

Check in was seamless. Rooms were as expected, v clean and good quality.
Food and service at the Beefeater next door was excellent....both dinner and breakfast. Recommended and will return

Perfect for an overnight stay. Beefeater right next door. Sainsbury's over the road. Cadbury world down the road. Birmingham city centre half hour away. Clean rooms. Fast checkin

Room wasn't cleaned to start with and asked twice during my 5 night stay to get it cleaned and never done. No phone signal and WiFi very poor in hotel, can pay for upgraded speed but that wouldn't improve signal. Cannot recommend.

I love this hotel. I stay here regularly for work and it’s always lovely. The staff are wonderful, the rooms are clean, comfy and air conditioned. The breakfast is also fantastic with great choice. Highly recommended

Always good reception team and rooms are usual premier inn standard. Breakfast next door is good, dinner not so great and expensive

Rooms were clean comfortable etc just as you would expect. There is no coordination between the hotel reception and the beefeater which provides food. We booked a table for 18:00 with small children and were initially told there was no space until 20:00. The beefeater staff said this happens all the time.

Premier inn are excellent as you know exactly the sort of quality to expect. All Premier Inns are based on the same ethos. They may not be the cheapest, but you pay for the expected quality.

Stayed one night, check-in was simple and staff were friendly and informative.
Room was clean and beds were comfy, bayliss and Harding shower gel and soap available, shower pressure good and hot water.
Great night sleep, we were crem side so quiet and no traffic.
Had breakfast in the beefeater the next day, food was lovely, staff were friendly and constantly cleaning the breakfast area
